Free Will CONSENT is the basis for every Covenant between God and human beings. Since the 17th and 18th centuries on this planet, "Governance by CONSENT of the governed" has been the foundation stone upon which civilized human beings have endeavored to get along with each other cooperatively. But Elites have different ideas. SECRECY AND COLLUSION AND WAR-PROFITEERING IN ADDITION TO WAR CRIMES. Our challenge in an indifferent, self-satisfied world is the Battle of Love Versus Fear.

I realize the viewpoint articulated in this group of sites is somewhat unusual, odd or strange, even. My experience and background is multi-cultural. My graduate work at George Mason University consisted of "conflict and dispute analysis" with emphasis on "group problem-solving," so perhaps I see things just a little differently than you do. However, many who yearn to return to rational governance of natural law will distance ourselves from the "isms" of self-pity, self-harm and self-doubt. HolyConservancy is becoming a skills archive for those who think that knowledge and experience are sacred. THRIVING is NOT impossible--even now.

Noone can download and print a 200-300-page full-color copy at home in a week without substantial labor involved. Or in a month. On-line manuals must be printed by someone who knows how to size a jpeg file to exactly 1600 by 1178 pixels, landscape.
